What are refractory rollers for ceramic kilns?
Refractory rollers are the ceramic components that convey products through a tunnel kiln, along the preheating, firing and cooling zones. Sirtec manufactures the Siroll® range in different grades according to the kiln zone, production type and level of thermal, mechanical and chemical stress.
Which rollers are required in the different kiln zones?
The choice of Siroll® roller grade mainly depends on the load to be conveyed—weight, product sizes and other factors—and on the kiln’s operating conditions. For Sirtec ultra-technical rollers, the specific issue to be solved is also taken into account.

Where are Siroll® rollers manufactured?
Sirtec is an Italian manufacturer with over 40 years of experience. Our headquarters are in Verona. Quality control and finishing are carried out at our San Martino Buon Albergo plant near Verona, while the rollers are manufactured at our Zaghouan plant in Tunisia, which has a production capacity of up to 250,000 rollers per year.
