Sirtec S.r.l. is the Italian manufacturer of Siroll® refractory rollers for high-temperature ceramic kilns.
Our headquarters are in Verona, our manufacturing plant is in Tunisia, and our finishing and quality-control centre is located in San Martino Buon Albergo, near Verona.
With more than 40 years of experience in refractory rollers, Sirtec develops and manufactures solutions for the ceramic industry, with a production capacity of up to 250,000 rollers per year. Siroll® rollers are used in more than 80 countries and have equipped over 280 ceramic kilns worldwide.

About us
Sirtec builds on the technological experience of Sirma, once a pioneer and industry benchmark and no longer active in the market. Starting from those original blends, SIRTEC has developed new formulations over time, introducing raw materials that have progressively improved their quality and performance.
This heritage underpins Sirtec’s more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing rollers for firing ceramic products.
Today, Sirtec operates through three locations: its sales offices in Verona, its Quality & Finishing plant in San Martino Buon Albergo near Verona, and its refractory ceramic roller manufacturing plant, Sirtec s.a.r.l., in Tunisia, just a few kilometres from the port of Tunis. This strategic location facilitates logistics throughout the Mediterranean and North Africa.
Sirtec manufactures a complete range of technical and ultra-technical refractory ceramic rollers, with specific characteristics for each application, production type and kiln zone: preheating, firing and cooling.
Alongside product supply, a dedicated technical department supports customers in selecting the most suitable roller for their kiln and optimising performance and service life.

We develop refractory solutions that respond to the evolving needs of the ceramic industry.
Roller-kiln firing technology requires increasingly high-performance materials capable of operating at elevated temperatures and under heavy loads, including in the production of large-format products, with new decoration technologies and increasingly complex operating conditions.
Sirtec continuously develops new formulations and technical solutions, including the patented HPR helical roller, the chromium-based XL line for digital-ink applications, and the Titanium line for high-load applications subject to severe thermal gradients.
Our approach is grounded in field experience: we analyse customers’ requirements and critical issues – deformation, breakage, wear and kiln downtime – to identify and develop the most suitable solution.
Every performance claim must be supported by data, testing and verification. We therefore base product development and validation on technical tests, applicable standards and qualified laboratories.
QUALITY AND RESULTS
Research and development
Research, simulation and control to develop increasingly high-performance refractory rollers.
Sirtec has a roller test kiln that can simulate different high-temperature firing conditions, allowing roller behaviour to be tested and validated under the expected operating conditions.
R&D is integrated with a quality-control system covering the entire production cycle, from raw materials to the finished product, with particular attention to dimensional tolerances and machining accuracy.
This process has enabled us to optimise existing formulations and develop new grades, extending the range into increasingly technical applications. The results include the patented HPR helical roller and performance validated by independent accredited laboratories.
